What is PstViewer Pro

PstViewer Pro is a Windows software tool used by people who work with email. It lets them view lots of different types of email formats, search email, and then convert it to useful image files like PDF, TIF and others. You can also export your email from any of the supported formats to text, CSV (Excel Spreadsheet), MBOX (Thunderbird).

That's a good start, but what else does PstViewer Pro do?

We have been listening to our customers for a decade. We've included features in PstViewer Pro that are not found in other software in this price class.  For example, when converting email to PDF, you can give the resulting files special names that mimic the Bates Stamp naming convention.  You can also create custom export profiles that can perform additional time saving tasks, such as naming, and copying the messages to a specific folder. It also reads recursived directories so you can search across multiple email files.

PstViewer Pro does most of its work based on settings in "export profiles." These profiles contain your preferences. You can create new profiles, delete them, or change them.
